It is optional and not necessary for the multi unit system Easy-Link wire comes with each heater 8 temperature settings with dip switches 104°F, 113°F, 122°F(default), 131°F, 140°F, 158°F, 176°F and 185°F Air-Fuel Ratio Rod Replaces the function of the pressure switch, which is used in all existing models. Blockage of the intake or exhaust vent will adversely affect the flame condition, which the air-fuel ratio rod detects. Freeze Protection In addition to the ceramic heaters for freeze protection, the heater will ignite to protect the heat exchanger.
