Standard Flue Pipe (B VENT) Is Only Required To Vent This Water Heater. B VENT Is Easily Obtained At Your Local Plumbing, Heating Supply Or Home Center.

Turn on your hot water faucet and water is heated instantly as it flows through the coil. Paloma's burners shut off automatically as soon as you turn off the faucet. There is NO standby heat loss.
When the water flows through the water controls and the high efficient heat exchanger, the main burner is activated by the water flow and the water pressure differential. The Paloma water heater heats water instantaneously as it flows and only when it flows. Therefore, the temperature remains the same. There is no tank with reserve water waiting to be heated. Dial setting allows you to choose anywhere between the 60ºF and 100ºF temperature rise (Model PH-12M & PH-24M).

Suitable for Residential Use Just one Paloma supplies all the hot water you need in your home for shower, bath, dishwasher, laundry, etc.... Heavy simultaneous use may reduce the flow at a particular faucet.

This Guide indicates Legacy 24 performance at the coldest point in the year at water pressure of 12.9 psi and above. A standard shower is 2.5 GPM at 104o F.  In order to get the full GPM and shower performance with the Legacy series, it is necessary to heat water at the HOT setting, and then mix with cold water.  This will create scalding conditions in your hot water. USE WITH CAUTION! Check with your water supplier for actual local conditions.

Saftey Features

• First is the OXYGEN DEPLETION SENSING system (Indoor Model Only). Emissions from the sampling burner are constantly analyzed for carbon monoxide gas. If necessary, the fan speed is adjusted by the on board CPU. If the fan speed adjustments do not resolve the combustion problem, the burner will be turned off and a potentially dangerous situation avoided. An error message will be displayed.


• Second is the FILM TYPE OVERHEAT SENSING. This senses high temperature at all positions surrounding the combustion chamber. Other manufactures only sense at one point on the combustion chamber.

With more power than any tankless water heater in its class, the 751 Series is ideal for mid-size homes with up to 4 showers. These units offer several innovations, such as dual burners, Quick-Connect, and Turbo-Flow feature which can boost its output up to 9.8 gallons per minute. In addition, the piping is 25% thicker than our 631 Series to accomodate the higher flow rate demand.

Our OD units are built for outdoor installation only. These units require no additional venting accessories since a horizontal vent is built right into the unit.
