Standard Flue Pipe (B VENT) Is Only Required To Vent This Water Heater. B VENT Is Easily Obtained At Your Local Plumbing, Heating Supply Or Home Center.

Turn on your hot water faucet and water is heated instantly as it flows through the coil. Paloma's burners shut off automatically as soon as you turn off the faucet. There is NO standby heat loss.
When the water flows through the water controls and the high efficient heat exchanger, the main burner is activated by the water flow and the water pressure differential. The Paloma water heater heats water instantaneously as it flows and only when it flows. Therefore, the temperature remains the same. There is no tank with reserve water waiting to be heated. Dial setting allows you to choose anywhere between the 60ºF and 100ºF temperature rise (Model PH-12M & PH-24M).

Suitable for Residential Use Just one Paloma supplies all the hot water you need in your home for shower, bath, dishwasher, laundry, etc.... Heavy simultaneous use may reduce the flow at a particular faucet.

Legacy Tankless have all been proven with years of use, and are ready to stand up to the rigors of difficult conditions where a Digital Tankless might not dare to tread.

Modulating Unit
Turn on your hot water faucet and water is heated instantly as it flows through the heating coils. Paloma's burners shut off automatically as soon as you turn on the fucet. The Paloma modulating control automatically adjusts the flame to the water flow you select. Small water demand equals low flame. Large water demand equals high flame.
